Sometimes, we all need a little help staying focused, and that’s why I created this plan. The workouts in this challenge can be done in the gym or in your home!
In this 4-week program, you are given specific workouts for each day of the month. This program is for all fitness levels. You will be given the amount of reps and sets for each exercise, step-by-step instructions on how to perform each exercise, and the amount of rest time for each. There is also a detailed supplement guide, but that is optional.
With 24/7 access to me, I can answer any and all questions you may have throughout your program. And when you are absolutely LOVING the results, we'll work together to get you set up for the next month, and continue your fitness journey!
