We all have to start somewhere, right? About eight years ago, I was introduced to my first real "gym experience." I had no idea what machines to use or what exercises to perform. I was so uncomfortable in fact, that I would always end up on a treadmill somewhere in the corner and watching everyone else train.
I eventually got over my fear of the free weights section, and started incorporating weight lifting into my routine. I started seeing results immediately and before I knew it, I became a nationally qualified bikini competitor! Anything is possible when you put your mind to it.
